RIFT reads your clinic's Zanda data and finds the money you have earned but not collected - then chases it for you.

In one 10-clinician psychology practice, RIFT found $12,000 of completed work that was never invoiced last financial year.
By the time anyone noticed, most of it was too old to chase.
That is why RIFT runs every week, not once a year.
None of them are dramatic. All of them are sitting in your practice-management system right now.
To be clear: this is not money owed. It is care that was already approved and never used. RIFT keeps it separate from the leak for exactly that reason - but a patient who stopped halfway through a funded plan is a clinical outcome, not just a missed booking. RIFT surfaces them so your team can reach out.
Every practice dashboard can hand you a report and leave you the work. RIFT does the work.

Chases the payer, not the patientWhen WorkCover owes the share, the patient is never emailed about it.

RIFT connects to Zanda's API with read-only access and runs your report from live data. Nothing to export, nothing to send.
Tools → Data Export in Zanda. These are the exact files RIFT reads - so nothing clinical is ever sent:
Any client file matching notes, forms, communications, diagnoses or insurance is explicitly excluded - RIFT will not read it.
One honest caveat. The appointments file carries reception's scheduling notes, because "*paid $50 cash" written in a diary is exactly how RIFT catches money that never reached an invoice. That is the only free text it reads.
What is never involved: no clinical notes, no case files, no intake forms, no diagnoses.
Before any data changes hands, you accept our data agreement - it is recorded with your enquiry. Your report is emailed back once the analysis has run, covering your last 12 months.

Priced on clinicians who actually saw a patient in the last 30 days, measured by RIFT at every sync - never self-reported. Locums and dormant diaries do not inflate the bill.
Tell us where to send it. We reply within one business day to set up access - the report itself is emailed back once the analysis has run.
